A border is a solid color border around an image.A raised or sunken bevel use dark or light edges to obtain an effect.A frame utilizes inner and outer bevel.You can click on color to select a color and enter it in the blank.With border,sunken,and raised,you only need to enter width x height.With a frame,you enter width x height + inner bevel + outer bevel.Below are examples to demonstrate the differences.I used 15x15 and the same color on all to demonstrate the differences.
